Directions
Take a generous amount into your hands. Spread all over your body and work into a lather, allowing the gentle exfoliants t ao get to work. Do not use with a scrub or any rough materials to avoid over exfoliation Use 2-3 times a week. For beginners start with once a week and work your way up.
