Directions for use Use one teaspoon of dried alfalfa leaves per cup of boiling water. Then, let steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Finally strain and drink. Caution: Not suitable for pregnant women, children under 5 years, people with auto-immune disease, on blood thinning medication or with with hormone-sensitive cancers such as breast, prostate, cervical, or uterine cancers
